QA1 Precision Products is proud to be the recipient of multiple industry awards at the 2018 SEMA show in Las Vegas.

Amongst the acknowledgements were awards for:

• Best Engineered New Product, Runner-Up – MOD™ Series Shock
• Best New Product in Performance-Racing, Runner-Up – MOD™ Series Shock
• Best New Product in Performance-Racing, Runner-Up – Carbon Fiber Sway Bars
• Global Media Award – F-100 Suspension System
• Global Media Award – GM Carbon Fiber Driveshafts

Winners were selected based on various factors, including quality, innovation, consumer appeal and technical achievement.

The new MOD Series shock is the first on-the-car revalveable shock and has received accolades and praise for its innovative design and simplicity of use. “The feedback from both racers and the industry has been overwhelmingly positive,” remarked Chuck Olson, QA1 Director of Engineering. “We put a lot of work into designing something that is totally new to the industry, and to receive awards in the Best Engineered New Product and Performance-Racing categories is truly an honor.”

QA-1’s carbon fiber sway bars will be available in 2019 for multiple applications. As much as 7 lbs. lighter than a traditional sway bar, these are the absolute lightest sway bar on the market. These are designed, engineered, and wound in QA1’s Minnesota factory utilizing all of QA1’s experience in carbon fiber driveshaft development.

Beyond the SEMA New Products awards, QA1 has received two Global Media Awards, one for the new F-100 front and rear suspension systems and one for GM carbon fiber driveshafts. Judged by top automotive journalists, these awards recognize products for their mass appeal to audiences around the world.
