To honor veterans who have been wounded in combat and awarded the Purple Heart Medal, Nexen Tire is giving away a custom 2018 Dodge Challenger R/T 392 Scat Pack built by Kenny Pfitzer of Zero to 60 Designs as part of its “American Muscle for American Heros” program.

The Nexen Purple Heart Challenger is set to make its debut at the 2018 SEMA Show held in Las Vegas later this month. Build highlights include Eibach front and rear sway bars, a MagnaFlow cat-back exhaust system, ORACLE Lighting custom headlights, SolarGard window tint, and a VIS Racing carbon fiber hood, front bumper, deck lid and splitters complimented by a PPG custom paint job. To complete the look, the Challenger sits on a set of SAVINI wheels wrapped in Nexen Roadian HP Street Sport All-Season Radial Tires.

Nominees will be collected over the next 11 weeks. According to Nexen, the nomination process allows submissions to be made on Facebook and Instagram by using the hashtag #NEXENHero to nominate a Purple Heart recipient or family member. The nomination process requires a story, a picture, and the hashtag. Nexen Tire will also have a nomination form on its website for those who choose not to make a submission via social media.
