QA1 has expanded its offerings of its popular Stocker Star shocks, rear Pro Coil Systems and custom Pro-Rear Systems. All of these shocks are a lightweight billet aluminum and engineered with deflective disc valving to provide increased valving response, control and consistency. They also feature a three-step sealing system that eliminates seal drag and dirt intrusion. Manufactured in QA1’s Lakeville, Minnesota facility, all QA1 aluminum shocks are 100% dyno tested and serialized and are serviceable and rebuildable by QA1 Authorized Service Centers.

Stocker Star Shocks for Rivieras and Galaxies

QA1 has expanded offerings of its popular Stocker Star shocks to include shocks for 1963-1965 Buick Rivieras and 1960-1964 Ford Galaxies, both of which are available now. Offered in multiple valving options, the smooth body stock mount Stocker Star shocks are direct bolt-on front and rear shocks that offerthe ability to dial in the preferred ride quality with a turn of the knob. With a variety of adjustable valving options available, including double, single, non-adjustable and Drag “R” Series valvings, they can be used in drag racing, street performance, autocross, road racing and street applications. The variety of valving options available allows drivers to choose the right level of adjustability based on their driving style and needs, whether they want standard consistent valving or the ability to really fine-tune their compression and rebound based on street or strip.

Rear Pro Coil Systems for Monte Carlos and Grand Prix

The new rear Pro Coil Systems for 1970-1972 Monte Carlos and 1969-1972 Grand Prix allow drivers to upgrade to direct bolt-on rear coil-over shocks. They are available in either double or single adjustable valving options and offer ride height adjustability from stock to 1.5” lower. All systems include two billet aluminum shocks, high travel springs, mounting brackets and all mounting hardware. Multiple spring rate options are available, and have been successfully tested in various applications, from casual street driving to hard core race applications.

Pro-Rear Systems for 3.25” Diameter Axle Tubes

QA1’s Pro-Rear Systems are used to add ride height adjustable coil-over shocks to four link or ladder bar suspension. Now available for both 3” and 3.25” diameter axle tubes, these kits include two shocks in double- or single-adjustable valving or ride-sensitive non-adjustable valving. Purchasers also have the choice of spring rates in linear or variable options. Mounting brackets and all mounting hardware is included. Some welding is required for installation.
