SCE Gaskets told us they have expanded there Accu-Seal Pro line of premium quality molded rubber oil pan and valve cover gaskets to include many new applications. Developed in collaboration with leading engine builders and crew chiefs, the SCE Accu-Seal Pro gaskets provide an excellent seal and are totally reusable.

There are two basic types of SCE Accu-Seal Pro gaskets; silicone rubber models that are ideally suited to stamped valve covers and oil pans (steel and aluminum), plus steel core composite gaskets designed for severe duty use with cast aluminum or fabricated sheet metal valve covers and pans with billet flanges.

The molded gaskets feature a rigid backbone with premium grade silicone over-mold that mitigates irregularities in the sealing surface to provide an airtight seal, as well provide long-term reliability in high heat environments. Each gasket has built-in crush limiters to prevent damage from over-tightening. The 1-piece design pan gaskets eliminate the leaks at the four corners of the oil pan common to factory style 4-piece setups.

SCE’s proprietary Accu-Seal steel core composite gaskets are approved for NHRA fuel and alcohol applications as they have proven to provide superior sealing under severe conditions. The special steel core adds lateral stability to prevent blowouts under high pressure.
