The driver behind the wheel of a Chevy Camaro with a license plate reading “DIRTBAG” lived up to his expectations after a “Series of Bad Decisions” ending in his arrest, according to a hilarious tweet made by the Bellevue, WA police department. And the ‘bad decisions’ were truly markers of a total dirtbag too, including threatening another driver with a gun after a fender bender, racist remarks, and punching a police officer.
The incident went down at an automatic car wash, naturally, in Bellevue, WA over the weekend. While waiting on a parking spot, the 40-year-old driver of the Chevy Camaro rear-ended another car. When the driver of the car hit got out to take a picture of the damage Mr. Dirtbag had causes, the Camaro driver apparently decided to pull a gun and start making threats.

As the police put it, a “series of bad decisions” caused it all to go downhill (even further) from there. When the cops showed up to handle the dirtbag, the man climbed back into his Camaro and refused to get out. When the officers had no choice but to forcefully remove the man from his Camaro, a scuffle broke out, and the man threatened to kill the officers, and also made racist statements about the man whose car he’d hit.
During the scuffle, the Camaro driver managed to get a swing on one of the officers, before eventually being tased. He’s being charged with first-degree assault, assaulting an officer, harassment, and resisting arrest.
Could we just put the plea out for Camaro drivers to not be dirtbags? And not get plates that advertise such? It’s hard enough to shake the trailer park, teenage dirtbag image for Camaro owners as is!
