Posted on June 5, Forza Tuning and Performance broke the highest horsepower world record for the most powerful Dodge Demon on earth, earning 1038 horsepower at the wheel on a third party dyno at The Tuning School, located in Odessa, Florida.
According to the video host, Michael Berenis, The Tuning School’s dyno is notorious for reading low.
Brenton Brown, the owner of Forza Tuning and Performance, modifies the Dodge Demon’s ECU map with SRT custom tuning that is designed to create the highest horsepower amount available. Brown is a self-taught mechanic, fabricator, and tuner. With over twenty years experience, Forza provides full service vehicle repair by factory certified technicians.
Forza offers a complete line of performance packages including: engine/drivetrain modifications, supercharger/twin turbo builds and custom tuning on high performance vehicles. One such package is the Forza Stage 4-R seen on the Dodge Demon in the video.
The ported supercharger, upgraded fuel injectors, custom tuned double pumper fuel system, and other modifications contribute to the power output of 1,100 horsepower on 93-octane pump gas and 1,200 horsepower on race gas.
According to the Forza Tuned website, the performance package needed to accomplish the world record starts at $16,500.
